The BEST WALK IN CLINIC BY FAR!!!!!!!!! I was in and out! The receptionist and doctor were friendly and helpful!!!!!! Will never go anywhere else!

Long wait, but worth it. Physician's Assistant was excellent. Doctor Carrier was thorough and did not rush.

Front counter girl Keisha is so helpful.Dr's are amazing, I highly recommend this clinic.

Good doctors, however, its hours are not consistent with what is advertised. I went to the clinic on December 22/22 at 7 p.m. and the doctor had left because of the snow storm when it wasn't snowing. It seems as soon as it slows down, the doctors leave prior to 8. Then if it's busy they stop taking patients at 6 or so. This has happened on multiple occasions as it seems to be their practice. Patients, however, are told not to go to another clinic because of fees incurred by this group of doctors. What to do?

My doctor is fantastic and it's a shame that she's so backed up with appointments.. however the convenience to show up to this FHO clinic isn't very convenient when they're closed before their advertised" closing time. When I showed up I made direct eye contact with a female staff member who locked the door when I got out of my vehicle. No signage to explain why they're closed nor did anyone tend to the door when I tried to open it.. worth it to wait the ungodly time to see my doctor than no interaction with a seemingly disgruntled individual who didn't care to come and explain why they closed over an hour early.."

I am so disappointed and disgusted! This clinic closes at 8pm, I brought my son just before 615pm Who is 3 years old, Has A fever Of 104 and is throwing up. he has been sick for 4 months going back-and-forth to the hospital and doctors and they refused to See him because they stopped registering people!What kind of medical office refuses to see a three year old child who is in need of medical attention? Absolutely disgusted and disappointed as were the other patients in the waiting room, they couldn't believe it either!

Goofy clinic employs quacks like Dr. Bhalla. No self respecting physician should work here. I question the integrity of all doctors associated with this clinic due to its affiliation with Dr. Bhalla.

Worst receptionist , she is india (probably south indian) she is very very very rude.i went to FHO clinic to get b12 injections but all of sudden she was very rude with me like she don't like patient coming to the clinic. She was working on july 10th at 2:30pm . She was behaving like she is doing favor to me. Her knowledge is zero but attitude is very high. She don't know anything about her job . She is acting like she is doctor but she is having zero knowledge about receptionist job. If she is not happy to work at FHO clinic at sudbury then why doctor force her to work. She is literally didn't like that job that's why she is behaving rude with patients. Not only me all the patient were setting there all of them talking same about her behavior.

Not the fastest of clinics sadly, but the doctors know their stuff, just bring a book or something to pass the time as sometimes you could be waiting for a good hour at least depending on how busy it is. Can't rate it hire because of the wait times though.

Absolutely the worst clinic I have ever been to. Only good thing was the sweet receptionist that cares about patients. But the female dr working today around 5pm was very unprofessional, if you don’t know any results or any history you as a Heath car professional should not be throwing around the cancer word, it just invokes the worst thoughts in a mother head, absolutely disgusted by this, never again will I go here, and I’m just the aunt that drove her, poor poor health care system we have here in Sudbury. W10 hours at the hospital to be told nothings wrong. Then this clinic told the worst when they have no results. No referrals no nothing and you tell parents to shhh. Ridiculous. Other than some drs and the one receptionist you should be ashamed
