Wow, such amazing service! I was out of town and broke down on the highway with a radiator hose issue. I called this company and a driver was there in 20 minutes. Then the driver called their garage (D.N.R. Automotive, also wonderful) and arranged it so that the mechanic was ready for my car right when we got there. The whole ordeal took about 1 1/2 hours and I was out on the road again. Could not recommend this company enough, would definitely call them again if need be!

The experience I had with Cambridge Towing started out great but turned into a nightmare. My tow truck driver Walter was fantastic and the staff was friendly. It quickly turned sour when I went to retrieve my belongings from my vehicle after my accident (as they are legally bound to allow me to do so) to find out the owner of Cambridge Towing had sent it to London with my insurance company the night before without a signed release from me. In fact, there was no release form at all. When I tried to contact the owner on several occasions for some resolution, he would not return my calls. Mistakes happen and I can appreciate that but all he cared about was the $1300 cheque that was cut to him from my insurance company. If you want to know your vehicle is in good hands after a motor vehicle accident, call a different tow truck company

Great service from Cambridge towing! They were the only ones who would tow my boyfriends and I truck, with a horse trailer on it(with horses) to our home. Wayne was very helpful and great customer service! Very fast getting to us too! Would definitely use them again!

I didn't get the driver's name but he was fantastic and worked with us as we had to change the original drop off location. Price was reasonable as well.

Fast, efficient and helpful. My truck died on the highway and the drivertowed it off the road and helped to repair it in the parking lot
