I was very impressed by the timely and professional service provided by 4Plus. I needed my garden planters dug and refilled (with short notice), and Jay (the owner) did not hesitate to find a solution. Not only was he responsive and helpful, he ended up ensuring the work was done himself when the original contact was unable to. He did not delay the service or reschedule, but ensured the work was completed as promised. I definitely plan on working with 4Plus in the future.

We contacted 4plus Inc when we were having an issue with water leaking in our bathroom. Jay was very quick to get back to us and come over to assess the situation. He was able to address our problem in a very timely manner and at a much more favorable cost than we were expecting. We requested 4plus' services for a backyard renovation for our home in Toronto. We worked with Jay who was incredibly patient with us and knowledgeable in the field. He did all of the annoying parts of planning a backyard project for us - coordinating with contractors, planning the project, managing the required materials, and making sure we stuck to the budget. He was on the ball with making sure he communicated every step he was taking and we never had to chase him down for information. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Jay and his team.
