I only go there for the Marvel stuff and I love it!

Everything is under $10 in this store, lots of cool stuffs like house hold, travel and crafts items. Good place to buy stuffs and not be over price for the little things you need.

Cute toys in the front, dollar store stuff in the back.

My bf and I always visit this store when we go to Edmonton always has friendly staff and cute things.

Imagine this. You set out on an expedition to the far lands of west edmonton. It hits you. You need dish soap *Mike Tyson accent*. But you realize you're a broke student and must save as much money as possible to increase your happiness through gambling. Cue the shining rays of MINISO shining down on you from the vast hallways of west edmonton. You've found the solution to your long lived problem. No longer are the days of diluting dish soap with water. No longer are the days of exclusively using the washing machine as you have no dish soap. No longer are those dreaded days.

Today, NOVEMBER 5, 2021 I came to Miniso West Edmonton Mall to buy one of the tumbler, so I went to the tumbler area to look and luckily I found one that I like and it cost 4.95$ on the shelf. So I called the staff there to double check the price because there’s 3 different colors and prices. So I told her I want the pink one because it’s only 4.95$ and she scanned it and told me that’s not the right price but I said to her. See all products are lined up with the 4.95. I told her she needs to follow the scanning code of practice. As a customer I know that one is the right price because it’s saying on the shelf. And the lady there quickly grab the 4.95$ sign and remove it. And telling me that the right price for that pink tumbler was 8.95$ which is nothing on the shelf at all. This store doesn’t really follow what law set for the customer. I will never even come back here. All the staff wasn’t really helpful to me. They are keep arguing that’s not the price, not the price but she even remove the sign that’s on the shelf. Too bad the staff weren’t educated at all for customer service. Poor rating for the store and staff. Nobody wasn’t really tries to fix or solved the problem. There’s 3 staff there not even know what is the scanning code of practice is.. Please educate your staff.
