Dr Klaus is the most efficient and knowledgable Rheumatologist I have ever known. He is kind, patient, and empathetic . He is an excellent listener and a very results oriented person.Dr. Klaus never rushes me and is genuinely interested in providing a high standard of care for me. He has been a tremendous help to me, giving me the best of care and hope. He is indeed a true gem!

Nice guy but his phone is NEVER answered and who uses a fax these days.If an appointment is missed he better not try to collect a cancellation fee.Set up an email address for the office.

Dr. Klaus is amazing. He takes all the time I need when I see him or during phone appointment now due to the Virus. Never rushes, answers all my questions and addresses all my concerns. I would be lost without him.

Upon going to get regular bloodwork done, I was informed that Dr. Klaus had closed his practice. I am disappointed and hurt that I was NOT told. No letter, no phone call, no mention of it at all. I really liked Dr. Klaus, I was a patient for over 4 years. I will miss him. First the GP quits, now my Rheumatologist, all without warning. It is unsettling to be left hanging, floundering my way through our medical system.
