Pooja was really helpful and patiently showed us all the options. Would highly recommend her. Reason I didn't give 5 stars was 1. Delivery charge. 2. Limited furniture options esp dining.

I walked into Ethan Allen Mississauga location for the first time & I immediately felt at home. What a breath of fresh air. The quality of all their products & the impeccable service & expertise are just like I remember it all as a long-time customer of their midtown Toronto store. Pooja is the designer I’m working with and she’s been so kind & helpful, making appropriate & skilled recommendations without pushing me to buy pieces beyond my budget. She’s been great with the follow-ups on order status too. It’s really difficult to find this level of quality & service anywhere else!

I don’t think Ethan Allen will like to read this but I’m in here only every twenty years or so because their items are meant to last!! I love the aspect of the designer element that was offered for free G…. was great and she offered some very helpful tips. Hopefully we will be back before 20 years but quality speaks for itself!!

Our condo is now complete and we couldn’t be happier!! Thank you Diane for all your help, your expertise in helping us choose furniture pieces to fit our condo space, fabrics (texture, colour and patterns ) to tie in with our colour scheme and the beautiful accessories (artwork, bowls and lamps) to complete the look we wanted.Again, thank you Diane!

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Nour and her team at Ethan Allen. One of the most important benefits of shopping at Ethan Allen is that you are working with professional designers. This makes all of the difference.During my first visit I had no intention of selecting anything but I found a piece that I loved. Even then I really didn't know where to begin to put a room together.Nour stepped right in. She is professional, efficient and so talented. She was quick to develop a sense of what I liked and was able to guide me through the design and selection process with ease.Nour and I worked together. I provided measurements for my room which Nour later confirmed through a personal visit to my home. She created a couple of potential floorplans for my review. Once I selected the one I preferred we started fine tuning the furniture selections. I was able to select custom colours and finishes to make the pieces uniquely mine. Nour's understanding of my preferences along with her skills at interior design made the entire process easy and exciting.Once all selections were made Nour put together a presentation where swatches and samples were all laid out together to give me a great overall view of what I was purchasing. She went through my order reviewing each item individually. This is another valuable part of the process with Ethan Allen.The delivery was exceptional. I live in a condo. The deliverymen were professional, friendly, efficient and skilled.There was something about one of the pieces I received that I didn't quite like - a minor flaw. Nour / Ethan Allen had an expert come out to review my concern and the item was replaced.HIghest recommendations from me for Nour and her team.

Design excellence from start to finish! From the moment I met my designer Krista Hind (Mississauga Ethan Allen), I knew we would make beautiful rooms together! She asked all the right questions and used her incredible talent and creativity to capture the vision I had for our kitchen, great room and recreation room. It was a tricky project because she was incorporating new Ethan Allen items with my current decor and furnishings.She did such an amazing job my husband and I were inspired to redecorate our master bedroom and my home office!The challenge was that I had no idea what I wanted for either space. Krista was working with a clean slate literally and figuratively!I am thrilled to report that her design concepts were fresh, inviting, and fit our lifestyle and decor preferences perfectly. She solved all the pet peeves I had about our current spaces and saved me from making bad choices I would have made if left to my own devices. I am so grateful for Krista’s time, patience, expertise, and enthusiasm.Did I mention that all these design services cost me absolutely nothing? Even when Krista came to my home!In fact, Krista saved me additional time and money by encouraging me to become an Ethan Allen member, by advising me of upcoming sales, and by catching a significant error in my kitchen design drawings I just happened to show her!Will I shop at Ethan Allen again? Thanks to Krista Hind, why would I shop anywhere else?

We had an amazing experience with Pooja. She helped us pick out our table set and couch for our new home! She went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations with customer service!

Although my interactions with all Ethan Allen representatives (from the Design Consultant to the delivery personnel) have all been very positive, I'm disappointed with my experience. I ordered two custom sofas in October 2022. I was periodically updated on the status of my order and received confirmation that my order arrived at the local service centre in early January (all positive and all within expected timelines). Confirmation message indicated that I would received a call shortly to schedule a delivery. After waiting a period of 6 weeks for a call, I escalated and received my sofas within three business days. My disappointment stems from the fact that I had to become the squeaky wheel to get prioritized, that 6 weeks wasn't enough time for them to prioritize me as a customer. No apology or explanation were provided, and given the quick delivery upon escalation, it led me to conclude that there wasn't any barrier to scheduling a delivery, just a question of placing me as their next priority. Rating my experience as a 2 comes from a place of frustration, it feels like the need to escalate has become the norm.

Diane was AMAZING. We came in with our architect prints/floorplans and our ideas and she turned them into reality. Her design knowledge and expertise made our vision come to life in a 3 hour session at the store. Thank you!!!!

Over the years, I developed a strong dislike for home furniture shopping. I would set out with measurements in hand, and a good idea of suitable colours, style, and quality. With care, I would make my selection, consulting with the store retail staff. When the piece(s) finally arrived and was set in place, I was often disappointed. Something would be all wrong and I would have to resign myself to “learning to live with it”. My skill sets were obviously not enough in the complex world of home comfort and design.That all changed when I began working with a trained interior designer here in Guelph. She helped me select pieces that fit the room, worked well together, were comfortable and of excellent quality. I still have them today, 20 years later. Since her retirement, I began working with Nour at Mississauga’s Ethan Allen and have been extremely happy with “our” choices. Yet Nour has never been to my home! Instead, she used my photos and short videos and my multiple measuring tapes to assist in making her recommendations. Today, she is helping me furnish my new condominium.To make a long story short: I am amazed to learn of the knowledge that Ethan Allen decorators have when it comes to interior design and decorating. Nour leaves no detail unexamined and has made several successful suggestions that I would not have even considered on my own.Pulling a home’s look together can initially seem like an expensive project, but I find the quality of Ethan Allen’s products uncompromising and their beautiful pieces can be enjoyed for many years.
