More staff is required. After a 20-minute wait as number one in the queue, I was handled fairly quickly but had to demand a receipt for returned equipment and establish that there would no longer be a charge for such equipment. By the time I left there was 7 people in the queue. All seniors of an advanced age and I'm sure they would have like to know how long things were going to take.

Absolutely terrible customer service on the phone. I tried to cancel my account due to a move and they would accept me cancelling just kept trying to sell me another package even though i mentioned 3 times that it was included in my new rental. Very frustrated with how you have to cancel now. Can no longer drop off your box at a store you have to ship it to them(why they cant make a lockable drop box is just silly) Complete run around and being held on the phone for the 15 minutes it takes to unactivate an account is ridiculous, should be able to have them call back or just let you go once it is confirmed you are canceling. My next internet services will be with Telus.

Not a fan at all. Cancelled all of my services with them. Was quoted one price for internet, but charged another. Apparently it automatically goes up after six months. I thought I was paying my bill in full every month but apparently not. My family is no longer customers nor will we ever be again

The customer service is not existent, if you plan on bring up an issue with this money hungry corporation you’re better off beating your self over the head with a rock hard baguette!

The cable picture often pixels or drops completely. The internet needs to be reset quite often. I called in about it and the agent just said yes we are aware of it. He did not offer an explanation or a fix. Nore did he offer an compensation. I switched to the highest package and it doesn't work nearly as well as the last one did. I wouldn't recommend using their services.

SWITCH OVER TO TELUS NOW!!! Worst customer service you will ever get here at Shaw and yet expensive prices. I was told that Shaw has been sold to Rogers and so they just really stopped caring about their customer service however even before that I would never recommend them. They are absolutely useless. Every person I have ever come across is with Telus or recommends them over Shaw even the police officer I spoke to. We were charged with 18 fraudulent charges from Shaw Cable Systems starting October 1, 2022 which our bank assisted us in recovering. Shaw was absolute no help at all they did not acknowledge that they were charging us for a contract we did not sign! They were extremely inconsistent from employee to employee. We waited hours to speak to supervisors and managers at Shaw head quarters only to be told to go into the Duncan store and then when we would go to the store we were told we need to call head quarters and that the store only deals with retail. Between head quarters and the store we were rejected and directed to the other one 6-7 times. This occurred for months and we got no assistance at all. I begged for a single email from shaw to send over all the supporting evidence related to what was going on and I got one email after begging and no response. My father went into the store and was not allowed to enter because it was a billing issue." And yet we continued to get charged for a contract we did not consent to. We are finally ending all contact with this company and switching over to Telus. I felt the need to warn everyone because I would not wish this experience on anyone. This company does not care about their customers

My mom amd Grandmother went in today to try and sort out my grandmas cable and bring down her bill and move it in to her name. Had amazing customer service!Employee was able to break everything down for them and provide them with solutions to adjust the services as well as information print outs to bring home so we can see what works for her.Well done team :)
