Love the work they did. had an issue that lasted days. not sure if the new guy fully knew what he was doing, but the owner was calming and did an amazing job. I will recommend this place

My phone was list in the snow. When found the screen was black. Drried off, left in rice for 3 days, the screen was still black, would not turn on. Took to Q Mobile and watched a miracle happen.......he somehow managed to activate it and all of my contacts and everything else were still there. He also found me a beautiful case for my new phone. I feel he went above and beyond good customer service and truly wanted to help me. First visit but I'll be back for any extras I want to buy. FYI All I paid for was the case.

Mohammed @Bonniedoon location had our backs so hard this week. He did absolutely everything he could to fix my son's phone, and when it was clear it couldn't be fixed he sent us out with a phone that was around the price I would have spent on the repair, which he tried so so hard to fix!We where in a really bad place, as telus did us a dirty$$$It was so refreshing to deal with a real caring human!This will be my go to repair human!!!

My iphone 12 screen got flaky last 6 Month and I took it to another place which took 1 months to fix. That fix didn't last,so I took my iPad to MobileQ on Monday and was able to pick it up on Tuesday, less than 20 hours later! Not only wasthe problem fixed, but the cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes received. MobileQ Best iPhone screen repair service in Edmonton for me. I will definitely come back for future fixes!
