I love their products, but their service at this particular location is not a good one.(Yestoday I went to their store Just change the quilt size,But the old lady It's like trying a criminal )highly recommend going to other QE Home (White Rock Semiahmoo mall very nice service) for a better shopping and purchase experience.

MINUS 100000. Same as the other comments from other reviewers. That old woman was rude. I don't know why she works there still. I mean if you dont act like you want to work, why dont u just go home. Maybe she likes to make all customers unsatisfied? That's QE quilts' style?! I went there for online pick up on 7.27th,2022 ard 7pm, she didn't greet, no smile, she's slient all the time until she confirmed the order#for pick up, she's like, 'sign here ' with the unrespecful tone. Terrible service Terrible person, will never go there...

Not a fan of richmond location. Pushy sales people who advised i could return a blanket as long as i had recipt and within 14 days, i returned next day, and less than 24 hrs, was told could not return if opened. I specifically asked if could be returned, they did not advise could not open.

went into the store knowing what design and style and size i wanted to buy, but man every time i come in here, they always push their customers into buying their products which i understand this is how they promote. last time i wanted to only check out the designs and see which ones i wanted before making a decision. when we were about to leave, the lady was like you don't like it?" "is there something wrong with the quilts?"... i was so annoyed and confused. this time going in
