We left hungry.We stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday, before the lunch rush was busy. After confirming our order on the screen and paying, they proceeded to “prepare” our food.They didn’t make a burger despite it being on the screen. And when we tried to explain this they said, “we didn’t charge you for it.”That was fine and I don’t expect free food. But they were unwilling to spend any more time than saying they didn’t charge us. They brushed us off and moved on to the next customer. They were unwilling to try and remedy the problem at all.Won’t be back.

Fast food quickleh! Quiet place, usually is if your dining in at most places [post covid, lol]. Food was good, hot, and delicious as always. :) Would I go back? Why yes this review was written after I went back! Insane I know but none the less, 'twas good.

The hamburger was dry, the French fries were under cooked and soggy, and the soda pop was flat. The person that was serving me was distracted and didn't get my order right the first time because she was distracted. As for the atmosphere, it is as expected for being in the mall, noisy.

Worst food I ever got at A&W, the cheese looked like it was out for days, mustard dripped off it, no onions, I could go on but I eat buddy burgers from many AW this was unedible - I would give it to my dog...

My pal named Mark got a Chubby Chicken Burger." First of all it is a sandwich not a "burger" secondly the chicken was not chubby at all

It was pretty good. I always recommend the chicken products at fast food places and A&W is no exception. The fries were superb, but my only issue is part of my chicken burger was cold. Otherwise, great food.

I have always enjoyed A&W I have been going to A&W for many years actually for as long as I can remember. The teen burger has always been my favourite and of course the A&W Root Beer is the best especially if you go to a restaurant and you get it in a frosty mug. The food is tasty and served hot. This time I tried a plant based teen burger and it was good I was mildly surprised at the taste and texture it was very similar to a beef burger. I doubt I will get it again but I tried it. I will continue to come here again at times. But honestly there are so many choices downtown A&W is not a priority but it’s quick and food is half decent.
