I have contracted Summit Land Surveying over the last 2 years to undertake surveys for my proposed 3 lot subdivision. The service has been excellent, professional, timely and informative. The field crews took the time to explain their surveying procedures and to install extra stakes to help better define the boundaries of the property. We will certainly continue to use them over the coming months and year.

We're applying for a zoning variance from our local municipality and required an up to date survey of the property. Summit responded to our request very quickly with a very competitive quote and details of the services they would perform and scheduled a crew almost right away.
