Manager would not give me a refund despite being in the store an hour earlier for that purchase, with same payment card, photo of receipt and Receipt ID. Bar code was cut off and thus she could only offer a store credit. All the tech Winners has and they couldn’t process this without a bar code. Unbelievable.

Always feel nice to visit Winners and Home Sense. It gives good vibes and ideas about contemporary styles and fashion and above all in better prices. The home decor and furniture stuff are worth looking. Lamps and paintings are also sold at reasonable prices. The only down side is that you can’t find same stuff after some time if you want to replace one of the pair items.

Staff is pleasant and helpful. Lots of furniture here but as most winners stores, you have to browse the clothes to find anything.

Best shop for deals on clothing and home stuff, very friendly staff, great prices. I love shopping here im recent trips i habe bought mens clothing, baby clothing, hoisery, suitcases, bedding and towels. They have good decoration and kitchen items too

Has clearance deals going on as of now.Some prices are good but some items are way over priced. Earlier they had way better variety but somehow they still carry way more than other homesense in west end. Way better than Burlington & Milton.You can still find a lot more products than elsewhere. Esp in home furniture items.

The variety here was great but the customer service is concerning. Everyone was nice until I went to the changing room and I was completely shocked! There was a worker who seemed extremely depressed it was very concerning. She was pushing a rack of clothes and said “maybe I can hang myself on this” and laughed it off. There was a lady beside me and we both looked at each other in shock. If she’s that sad about her life she needs to get therapy or else she needs to try and act professional in a work setting at least. I hope she gets the help she needs in the future.

You probably already know Winners. Good selection of mostly brand names at discounted prices. End of run, old stock etc. This location was a good size, good parking. A bit of a line up at check out but they put more cashiers on so it moved fast. Well organized single line keeps it fair for everyone.
