I've picked up a prescription once from this pharmacist before and the worker was extremely friendly and provided excellent service.I needed a prescription transferred to another pharmacy for a refill and the experience was terrible. I couldn't get through to the pharmacist, placed on extensive holds, the pharmacy hours are difficult for anyone who works a 9-5, and they informed me that they didn't have my prescription on file.

How can you even call yourself a doctor if you can’t process a wsib claim? Wasted an hour of my life and had the audacity to ask for 20 dollars for a note that wouldn’t even help my situation. Save yourself the headache and go to a real doctor.

Very inexperienced pharmacist working there now who also thinks he is a doctor and convinces doctor at same location to alter and change prescriptions from patients, is currently under college of physicians and pharmacists investigations . Since original pharmacist Mina left this place is very unprofessional and obstructing patients care!-5*****

Dr.Chin was so thorough and explained everything so well. He also took the time to be with me and my daughter and didn’t rush us. I was very impressed. Is he accepting patients ?
