Kingsboro Auto Service (1975) Ltd

Started going here about 4 years ago was recommended by a friend. I work on my own cars, and i like how i can get a specific job done without the mechanics telling me everything else wrong with my car and trying to upsale services.

I have been to Kingsboro many times for servicing and repairs. As a complete novice to anything auto, Paula and his team are so fantastic when helping me out. They give fantastic service, are always prompt. I really appreciate their service, always thorough, and confident in what they recommend in my best interest.Thanks so much Paul and team - you rock!

This business is all about money. Our company had the delivery cars serviced by this shop for a couple of years and recently we started to notice a change in the owner’s behaviour. We were charged for diagnostic services and told that the car needs to be taken to the dealer because it is a specific problem they cannot deal with. The dealer has done their own diagnostic and surprisingly the problem was different from what we were told by the Kingsboro auto shop. It was a switch and a pump issue that could have been fixed by Kingsboro but they just charged over 180$ for a wrong diagnostic and a light bulb replacement and sent us on our way to pay for another diagnostic and the actual repair. We were told they need to pay the mechanics for their work (regardless if it right or wrong) so they cannot do anything about it. There were other little things happening over the course of the winter months also involving the personal cars of our employees that made us realize that Paul is just not the honest Auto Repair Shop owner that we thought he is. Too bad it was a convenient location for us but I guess money changes people.

Had my mothers car repaired there today. They promptly and accurately diagnosed the issue as a bad fuel pump and were able to get the car in and out the same day. GREAT SERVICE!Paul was very friendly, honest, knowledgeable and professional. I found their pricing completely fair and reasonable.I will be going back for any repair needs in the future and recommend them!Thank you Paul!

Excellent family business. Its great to call and know who you are taking to every time, and Paul is great to deal with. As a young female, I have found garages can try to take advantage of your perceived lack of knowledge of a vehicle what needs to be done. I have never gotten that impression from Kingsboro. They only do what is necessary, run it by you first, and their pricing is very reasonable.

Family owned, the owners father and son are very honest, they are very helpful and only fix what needed to be fixed. I am a woman and they never talked down to me or tried to take advantage of me. I've been taking my cars there for years, even before they relocated to this location. I completely trust them.

Very well-run shop with great customer service from Paul. Took care of everything my car needed in ample time and for a fair price. They’ve gained a new customer and I will make sure to refer everyone to this great shop!

Been here a few times. Very fair, knowledgeable and honest. Will definitely be back.Edit: Have now been going here for several years and it's been a great decision. I've struggled for most of my life to find a reliable and honest mechanic. This shop has met all of my expectations, I would recommend it to anyone.

I can be a bit of a pain to deal with... (most days) Paul and the team helped me out, saved me some money and answered all questions. They got me in and out faster then expected, I would recommend this shop 100% thanks for the service very professional in my opinion.

Had to have my car towed after being checked by AMA. They did a review of everything and all was good. No charge. Can’t say enough about how awesome their business ethics and knowledge of cars are
