Shoppers Drug Mart

Today we were in the store and two girl standing there were staring us like we were stealing something. We felt very low, the girl is in the beauty section has no customer service skills. I will never go to this store again. They don’t have any sense how to deal with customers . Disgusting staff.

Called me asked for someone who I don't know, I said no you have the wrong number" she then repeated the same thing asking if someone named... is there. I then said "no you have the wrong number" then without even saying sorry or goodbye just hung up. She sounded rude

Friendly staff, usually good at having my prescriptions ready on auto refill when I need them.

I recently went to the Post office there. I was trying to send out a Shaw Box. First time I went the lady was extremely helpful. I needed an PR Code for the Box. When I returned the next day with the Code and my Shaw Box in a box the woman said it needed to be wrapped in paper. Oh my God! I then went to Shaw and they said the box was fine just take it to the Post office. I then went to London Drugs Post office and they accepted my box not wrapped just put a piece of paper on it and sent it off. Now I ask, what does intelligence mean???

Had the doctor send the prescription (4 packs of medication) to the pharmacy on Friday. Called the following Monday to check if it's ready for pickup. They said they have 1 pack but if I want to get all 4 I'd need to wait 1-2 days and that they'd give me a call when they have it.3 days go by, no call. I call myself, they're saying I can pick up 1 pack. Apparently they're having some troubles with the distributor so they decided just not to call me. Terrible client communication.

Disgusting service at cosmetic section. A lady standing there was giving us weird look. We visited to buy couple of perfumes but we could not buy anything. We felt very awkward. Will never come back there.Disgusting

Not only they wouldn’t give me a refund for a prescription I didn’t need, but the pharmacist wouldn’t give me his name[white male glasses and bald], which is really concerning for the fact he make medication and should be able to identify himself, and he likes to put the blame on someone named Don so I hope Don as the boss can tell him he needs to legally give customers at least a first name, other than that the girls are great and working hardHope Don can fix those minor issues that shouldn’t have been a big deal in first place

Had to come to location late at night to fill a order another location couldn't. Waited a bit but was able to get it. In under 30mins. Yeah. Nice and polite too. Thanks.

Busy...but friendly and good service.We've been here for about 6months and have been using this Shopper's pharmacy since then.As other reviews have mentioned, they are definitely busy, but during the day there is usually no less than 5-6 people in the pharmacy area filling prescriptions, etc.The pharmacists we've spoken to have all been super nice and helpful(Thanks Don and your other pharmacist fellow I don't remember his name)The only concern I would note, is that my doctors office also says they fax prescriptions over, but this Shoppers apparently never gets them. Now I'm still not sure if its my doctors office or this Shoppers, but I'd encourage them to look into it if at all possible.Thanks
