Had my porch, that was falling apart, torn down and remade by Universal Brick and Stone. Shawn and Thosh were very professional and attentive to my questions. He explained different options to me and provided me with reasonable quotes. He accommodated my schedule and requests and did an amazing job on the porch. They finished the job promptly and I would recommend them again for other jobs.

Throughout the brickwork project, Shaun and his teammate were extremely professional and responsive. The workmanship and expertise are top of the line in the industry. He attended to every details and always opened to suggestions. I was very impressed by the cleanup job he provided in the end of the job to ensure our parking lot and front door are clean and neat as before the project. I will definitely hire them for another project very soon. Thank you Shaun!!!

Contacted Shaun on Monday November 12for repair quote on front porch. Was told they would be by on Tuesday to look. Called Tuesday to get update and left message. Still no phone call and it is end of day Wednesday. Disappointing considering the five star rating. Won’t call again. Thank you for finally responding. Since mail service is super slow right now probably won’t receive for some time. I did leave you a voicemail yesterday Tuesday. I had hoped you would have called me today Wednesday.
