These guys put customer service in high priority and it definitely shows. Excellent advice and tech work from knowledgeable staff. Great prices and a huge selection of new bikes. The only thing that would be great was if the bike repair was able to be done faster but it seems it is what it is when the season is so busy and other bike shops I've been to take even longer waiting to get your bike back.

Amazing service and very polite staff. I had an issue with my rear hub that calgary cycle couldn't fix. I brought my wheel there and they solved the problem quickly. Very pleased with the services.

I bought a Haro BMX online but purchased the wrong size. A quick phone call and everything was sorted out. When I picked the bike up, staff was friendly and helpful and the bike was tuned perfectly. First time buying a bike at BP as I’ve been a regular customer of Bow Cycle. Now Bow seems to have gotten too big for their own good. I’ll certainly be shopping at BP again as their prices are $200-400 cheaper for the same bikes I had been pricing.

I needed a new bike for myself and needed it the same day. Called around and B&P was quick to have my bike ready on a short time line, they registered my bike in case of theft and they offer free tune ups for the year included in the purchase AND they told me about the brands warranty on the bike to register directly. I purchased the same brand mountain bike for my son elsewhere, paid $100 more for last years lesser model, they wanted $60 for unlimited tune ups for a year" and I wasn't told about any brand warranty. I ended up going back 3 days later to B&P to get 2 more bikes

Just traded in my Trek FX 3 for a Trek DS 2 Gen 4. All staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular a big shout out to Brendan for his most excellent assistance with my purchase. Good prices and great service!

Not sure what the gentleman's name was but he was very helpful. Service was done when they said it would be. Haven't taken it out for a ride yet but everything looks great so far. I finally got out for a ride everything is working great. First time dealing with this shop but a very positive experience so far.

They weren’t willing to do my 10 minute brake bleed the same day, like seriously? Good thing BATHTUB BIKES exist, they have better customer service anyway wouldn’t recommend these clowns
