Top notch customer service. Had an issue with an incorrect ordering of a tonneau cover and the staff did everything in their power to correct the issue as quickly as possible. Good guys to deal with!

Update: had a wonderful conversation with a regional manager who went above and beyond to turn a horrible situation into a great experience.... Horrible service, staff are too busy on the computer to bother helping customers. Have never had the items we are looking for in stock although they have them on display, which leads to having to pay a 15% restocking fee?? Would never recommend them and definitely never return.

So went in and bought a trailer plug cuz it's a special one for my vehicle. It was faulty so I went back and they warranty with out any questions. I recommend this place 100% thanks guys

I have had the phone to inquire about some vehicle parts they were very friendly very helpful I haven't really had an opportunity to do much business with them yet but I just from what I've already dealt with so far they seem very qualified and hopefully we could have some future business down the road

Installed a trailer brake controller for my F-150. Knew things the Ford service desk wasn't able to tell me and had the unit installed an hour and a half after first contact and most of that was driving time for me. Didn't get the guys name but he had a beard. 10/10 would recommend.
