My car was making a grinding and groaning noise when turning right/left at low speeds. It seemed to be coming from the rear differential. It is a 2018 Mustang GT manual transmission. I was really worried and upset that it might cost me thousands of dollars and had no idea where to take my car. I started calling multiple garages and telling them my problem. When I spoke to Carlos from Jaimes Transmission, he listened to me properly and seemed very friendly. He also suggested that it may be the differential fluid that needs to be changed and an additive (friction modifier) that needs to be added. He took my car in the same day and was able to finish the work in an hour (other garages were booking appointments for 2 weeks later). When I drove my car afterwards, I was very happy because the problem completely went away and it only costed a couple hundred bucks!! Hats off to their honesty and amazing service. Keep it up please!

It's very rare that I post reviews, but my experience with jaimes service forced me to say something! Guys, Carlos has a doctor's character,not only auto mechanical! First of all, 1- he listens to his client,he let describe your concerns about what do you think your car might has as an issue 2- he takes his time doing proper diagnostic for your car, he does his tests, drive the car ...etc3- He reads and checks about the issue before he starts doing any repairs, which I like it. 4- he doesn't do anything else if he finds any other issues in the car before he gets consent from his client..His team is professional, and it's clear his solid experience in transmission repairs as he fixed my car .....I want to say more, but I can describe my experience with jaimes transmission in two words in French ( c'est impeccable)

First visit at Jaimes Transmission was great, when I called the receptionist was very professional and able to make the appointment, very easy step. The experience was amazing, they showed me the damaged part, they replaced and explained the repairs they did, reasonable priced. Props to the owner and staff on how they run things. I definitely recommend them.

This auto transmission shop is top notch!! Everyone here is super friendly, especially the receptionist. They’re fast and efficient each time I go there. The vibe there is really special, they tell you everything that’s wrong with your car and even come with great prices. My car has never been better! It's very rare that I post reviews, but my experience with Carlos definitely needs to be noted.. Carlos takes time to ask questions and listen. He does a proper diagnostic to find out possible causes and takes time to explain to the customer.His team is professional, and well experienced at transmission and all auto repairs.

By far the best mechanic shop I have ever been to. I went to this location for the first time and was welcomed like I was family, you will not find friendlier people! I was shown all the problems with my car and got them fixed with no surprises. This shop goes the extra mile for you and I will definitely take my car back and recommend it to all my friends.
