We highly recommend Vlad and MOPR! He has done several projects for us from small repairs to a major bathroom renovation. He did a great job on all of them. He's very skilled and very conscientious. The guys he works with are all very skilled. The projects were on time and on budget. We'll definitely use them again!

My Own place renovated my bathroom. It turned our beautifully! The quality of work is superb. The entire crew who worked on all aspects of the job were friendly, professional, and tidy. All steps of the work were explained to me and I always knew what wa going on. Vlad was there to help with design suggestions and kept us up to date on all aspects of the renovation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to renovate. When I am ready to start a new project I will be calling My Own Place to complete it.

My experience with Vlad was top notch. I cannot say enough good things about him, the quality of his work and the finished product is superb. We hired Vlad to build our deck after a DIY gone bad. We had all the lumber just needed someone to help get it built. This didn't scare him off and he was well equipped to get it done. He came to our rescue and was able to start the project promptly and on budget. He's priced right and he even came in fair on his price to closely match another estimate we had. He walked me thru every step of the build being sure I was satisfied and built it exactly as I had hoped. He gave his advice and recommendations and I valued his input and followed his lead. He won't disappoint. He is also a very caring person taking the time to deliver exceptional quality by not utilizing boards that were no good and made trips to pick up extra supplies as needed to complete the job. He's fantastic and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone I know and would certainly use him again for any future projects!

I recently had my kitchen renovated by My Own Place Renovations and I couldn't be happier with the results.Vlad was professional, reliable, and had great communication throughout the process, no surprises. The final result exceeded my expectations and I love my new kitchen.Vlad and his team were responsible for demolition, drywall work, paint, rail building, plumbing, electrical work, tile work and more.You get what you pay for, and there is not exception here. Vlad was not the cheapest option, and it cost was a bit higher than I had hoped, but ultimately I feel it was worth it for the quality of the work. I would highly recommend him and his business for any home renovation needs

Vlad did our kitchen renovation, and did great work. He was always on time, no surprises and on budget. He was always ready to make recommendations and changes to make us feel comfortable, so that our kitchen feels exactly as we want.

We needed window mouldings replaced as some had been damaged. Vlad came to see the issue and he told us what needed to be done, and he provided a quote. We scheduled the work a week later and it was done in a day and a half. Great price for the work that he did, and the window mouldings look great. Very professional. I will be hiring Vlad again in the future.
