Hunny Pot Cannabis

A great place to go! I first went Wednesday and was helped by Jesse. I've never had weed before and wanted to try edibles. Jesse was very helpful and helped me find a great starter option. Came back on Saturday and was helped by Keith. Very knowledgeable and very helpful in finding the next edibles to try. Very happy I decided to try Hunny Pot as my first store. I am excited to be a customer and will continue to come back! Very highly recommend!

Awful experience.. staff was cold and uneducated. Not a great selection of products and most of the package dates are close to a year old.

Stopped in the store today looking for a cannabis product that would help with sleep. The person that helped me was very stern with me that they couldn’t give medical advise, which I understood. So I asked which strain would be the most relaxing, he was even more adamant that he couldn’t say because “all strains reacted differently with everyone I can’t say”. I left frustrated without buying anything and was frankly embarrassed for even asking!The icing on the cake was when I got home and looked on their website I discovered a product called night night! Maybe point that out and let me make up my mind if that’s the right thing - frankly it was a waste of time to even stop in! I will never go back and wouldn’t recommend you waste your time either!

Was able to deliver during 2022 storm, small error with the delivery system but customer service called me after they closed to ensure the delivery would be met and it arrived a bit after the cutoff. Great customer service overall

Good selection and value,friendly service. They also gave me a reccommendation for a carribean restaurant that was the highlight of my trip.

What I Ordered: two on sale" hq's

Great store with good product, prices & sales! Always enjoy coming here - the employees are knowledgeable and nice :) Only downside- I bought shatter from here over the weekend and it was completely unusable. Clearly had gotten very hot at some point, idk if that's because they didn't store it correctly or the distributer messed up - but the point remains that it was $35+ that ended up completely wasted, and it was super clear right away that the shatter was ruined: it was flexible and sticky within the package. (It should not have been sold at all, let alone without a warning to the person that it's a bad consistency and should be frozen in a freezer at all times.)The only reason I didn't notice was because I picked up my order omw out to Hamilton, and didn't open it until I got there. In the future - check your shatter before you leave! Hunny Pot is usually great with customer service so they'd probably be good about it. (I've had this issue with a different Hunny Pot location and they let me exchange it and/or get store credit.)TLDR: great dispensary, good customer service - but check your shatter before leaving to make sure it's been stored properly! (Again, might not be their fault entirely, but I don't want anyone else to be out nearly 40 bucks like I am.)

Definitely one of the best dispensaries in the area! Prices are great and the staff are always super knowledgeable and helpful ☺️
