I had a wall oven that wasn't heating. I spoke with Ron, and he was extremely helpful on the phone with things to try to problem solve before having him come out. I tried two of his suggestions and fixed my own oven! He saved me time and money - EXCELLENT customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for appliance repair.

Made an appointment for next week but he managed to fit us in 5 days earlier after hours. Fixed the issue with the dryer and made some suggestions to keep it running. Good experience and would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service! I believe it's a one man operation & I think the guy's name is Ray or Ron. I've used EAS 2 times now, once for a broken washing machine & just recently for a broken dryer. I had to wait 6 days (4 working days) for the next available appointment, but we didn't mind & just dried our clothes outside on a clothesline. Both times he was able to repair my machines for a very reasonable price. He was very honest & professional. Offers a 90 day warranty on parts & labour. Highly recommended. I hope I don't need to worry about fixing any more appliances, but if I do I'll be using EAS.

Ron was professional and provided very quick service. We have a bit of a mystery stove. He found one issue and repaired quickly. He took the time to check for other potential problems and is calling us back to check how it is working. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
