2022-04-27: was first in the waiting line for Customer Service. Waited 20 min because the cashiers were selecting customers behind me. The cashiers were 2 on the same computer, looking at the same screen to help the same customers instead of splitting the tasks. They were not in training.The wait for a regular cashier (not customer service) is also always super long everytime I went to that store. Weekdays and weekends.

Alexandre was so incredibly helpful and kind (and spoke English) and Fredric was so friendly and patient (with my terrible French). I am so grateful for their help! I needed an emergency tire change on Canada Day, and though it took a little while, I was happy to wait. They helped me as soon as I showed up! They were friendly, kind, and patient. Thank you so much!!!!

This canadian tire is always stuffed with sales and variety of products. I dislike the chain's marketing practises, barely give CT money anymore. And they tend to super overprice most of their stuff and make a 75% discount and you end up paying a kinda fair price for a kinda low quality item. Full price on most items is a rip off.
