No customer service and no warranty on existing customer. Always too busy to help. We will be sending our business elsewhere. This inspite of spending upwards of $60000.00 with them the last year.

I've been dealing with RecTec for a number of years and the team is great! Always quick to respond and super friendly. I would definitely recommend RecTec if you are in need of any playground or spray park equipment!
