Great place to get pet food, always helpful advice and they have a great return policy if your animal won’t eat the food, just keep the bag it comes in.

One of the employees, Emily, went above and beyond for me! I went to get a cat tree but only had a trolley and not a car. She saw that I would have struggled due to the weight of the tree and so kindly offered to drive it over to my apartment after her shift was over since I lived nearby. A total lifesaver to say the least.I am also always offered suggestions for similar alternatives whenever a product is unavailable. Quick and efficient service. Highly recommended this location.

We came in after a weekend at the vets- our dog wasn’t eating, he was having allergic reactions, and we were at our wits end trying an elimination diet which wasn’t working. Bonnie was incredible and helped us pick out a new protein for our dog which caters to sensitive stomachs and when we got home our dog DEVOURED the food! We haven’t seen him this excited for food in so long. Today is his birthday so it made for the perfect present :) thank you Bonnie and to the store owner for all of your help. This is exactly why we keep coming back to this store!

Huge food selection, and last time I went, there was a cute cat walking around with such a divine presence that s/he needed a quick pet! Friendly staff and they stock some of the high-rated cat gear you see online like Da Bird refills and decent carbon-filter water fountains. They were out of stock of what I was trying to buy a couple of times, but aside from that, it's a good place to shop.

It's a well stocked store with the products they have; unfortunately they don't carry all the cat foods that are on sale this week. Off to another Pet Valu to buy the canned chicken cat food that's buy 2 get 1 free that's in the current flyer. If the Greenbank location has a better selection, that's where I'll go in the future. All franchises should carry the advertised sale items in the flyer.

Been going to the same pet store for 6 years. One day I don’t have my native status card the man insisted on not using my status on file at the store because I left my other wallet at home? My status card doesn’t determine if I’m native that day? My blood doesn’t expire? Felt discriminated against. Oppression with natives and because my skin is white I had to show my IDLet me to get my buffalo out back I apologize I don’t look 100% but my DNA test says 74% Métis, Cree, and Cherokee.

I love this store a lot. Great selection of dog food at great prices. What makes me always come back is the friendly staff that are so amazing. Store is always clean and organized. I’ve been coming here for Several years. And will always come here.

I found everything I was looking for! The worker was amazing! The store was extremely clean and everything was well placed! This is my favorite pet store! I love the Jump leash and collars they are very resistant! I love coming here! I definitely recommend to everyone who have pets or are getting ready for a pet! I'm definitely coming back!
