Sydney & Louisbourg Railway Museum
Amazing place. You have to ability to see trains on the island again, and are even allowed to walk and sit in one. There's also tons and tons of unique artifacts from different periods of time from Cape Breton. Absolutely beautiful.

We had a great visit to the railway museum. we had a guided tour which is a donation based tour. The tour guid I would say is a summer student and she knew all there was to know about the meseum. Dates, Facts, and history points we were not expecting. She kept the interest of everyone in our family. On the visitor information side we had another employee to through the area, supply us with a map and list of local events as it was Canada day the next day. You are both great ambasadors to your area.

Terrific place to visit! I visited multiple times over the years and I always enjoy it. A must stop for any railfan interested in Railroads in general, Nova Scotia Railways in particular!

An impressive collection worth visiting. The train masters' quarters were an unexpected surprise. The residents of this town are embassadors and made us feel very special.
