The Starland County Agricultural Service Board hired You Betula Environmental to assist with the design and construction of a riparian living fence at our Michichi Creek Boardwalk Beaver Co-Existence project site. Kirby was professional, organized and incredibly easy to communicate with on the planning and implementation of the project. Kirby also helped turn what would have been a labour extensive project into a fun learning experience. He had the idea to invite neighbouring municipalities as well as the public to participate in building the living fence, which created a great learning environment and opportunity for everyone involved. The amount of knowledge and expertise he was able to share was a big contribution to the project. Kirby also has a no nonsense, down to earth attitude when dealing with project management and planning. Easily put- he gets things done!
