I have no experience to comment on as I called 3 times and left a message and was never contacted.

After my parent's well pump at their home stopped working around 10pm, I was in a panic and called numerous plumbers for help. Jay was the first to respond back and was extremely professional and patient when it came to diagnosing my parents issue with their well pump over the phone. He even suggested that I send him photos of the system so he could visually see what was happening and have a better idea.Jay came over to my parents place knowing exactly what the issue was. Spent some time assuring my parents that their pump still worked lol" and repaired the problem and charged my parents less than what he quoted me over the phone. ALL BEFORE 10 AM THE NEXT DAY!Jay is a class act and would recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable serviceman.He is now a permanent resident in my contact list for plumbing repairs.Thank you once again on behalf of my parents and myself.Dan"

No one called us back!!!!

Would highly recommend Lefroy Plumbing, Evan showed up on time and wasted no time fixing the problem. Had a stuck drain and he had to go into a dirt crawl space with little room. He persisted until the drain worked properly. Ohh and the price charged was very fair.

Jay came to our business and got us quoted very quickly. Once parts were in he showed up right after with Evan to install a new vanity and faucet, and plumb in a safety eyewash system. The guys were great to deal with, finished in a timely manner, and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Jay and his team for any plumbing projects!
