Had a great experience today (July 2nd) with George in the plumbing section, we were trying to replace the wax seal and the broken flange on one of our toilets ourselves (first time home owners) and George was extremely helpful (like 3x actually). Thanks George for making a project that we didn’t know anything about so much easier!

The store is awesome. The selection is amazing the staff are incredible but if you are a younger white male watch out because the store security will follow you around like a hawk. I came to buy $1000 in tools and was harassed three or four times by the secret shopper thinking I was shoplifting very very uncomfortable situation and unfortunately is more and more common. I have found this at many of their locations.

The best Home Depot in Calgary. Staff is incredibly nice, patient and can’t wait to help you with your projects. I rented a truck a couple times and the process could be a bit simpler, having to provide your license, insurance and a 500$ deposit every time can be a bit of a hassle. I understand the logistics but wish it was streamlined a bit more. Still my go-to location for all my home improvement needs!

This location seems to have upped it's game in customer service availability!Granted, it was a little slower time of day, and less customers in the store, but the associates were all out and visible for anyone needing assistance.Plus, they actually approached and asked if anyone needed help, or able to find what we were looking for.A big plus, they actually were pleasantly engaged in helping a couple of customers when we passed by.Store was nice and clean and shopable.Would like to see more store ' special buys, or sales' and visible signing for those,though!I found a great deal for very large jug of drain cleaner for only $6.97....same price as much smaller litre size bottle...and no signing to show deal!!!

This is my go to Home Depot, specifically highlighting Carrol, Prince and Addy(Atti) these 3 people went so over and above for me I really appreciate it. They are a great representation of what I'd expect and more in Customer service. This home Depot location should be thankful they have such wonderful employees. Thank you guys very much. I highly recommend this location.

They have many different items and the best way is to check online before going there. We went inside with a lamp that needed shade for it. There was an older gentleman standing there when I explained what I need he pointed and said check over there. We could not find the right size and came back to ask him if they have it in a larger size, he said with a rude tonecheck the website ". He was talking to his coworkers or being in his cell the whole time. I am surprised why he was rude with us but having loud laughs with his friends. Just don't expect help."

Ross in lumber made this shopping experience exceptional. I needed a product I couldn't find. Then he cut it stacked it in a very friendly manner. Only after that did I discover that when I initially asked for directions to the product he was actually walking off the floor because he was finished for the day. It's because of guys like Ross I shop at Home Depot.

Saw an advertised sign for free carpet installation. Went in and there was two sales associates one older, one younger talking to each other. I asked both at the same time about free carpet installation and they argued back and forth for five minutes if it was free, not free, a certain material amount (neither of which knew how much material) and were very rude. I told them I needed carpet installed on my stairs in my house, they told me stairs is not free installation no matter how much carpet I bought. $25 dollars a stair, I referenced the sign out front and the staff made rude comments why would it be free

I don’t give out 5 star reviews often, but my experience with the plumbing department is always exceptional. They are knowledgeable, friendly and always available.As a store, there has been an incredible culture change over the past ten years. I am always greeted, everyone asks if they can help and they even take the time to learn when they don’t know an answer.
