The service at the North Vancouver Red Wing store is beyond phenomenal.Thank you, Todd, Andrew, and the team!We came in Dec for Iron Rangers in size 11, and Todd warmly greeted us and brought the closet pair they had in stock, size 10.5. I tried it on, but it was too small, so Todd offered to call us when they came in. Surely enough, about a month later, we got the call and handled everything over the phone, with shoes now waiting to be picked up.Now that’s GREAT service!What’s EXCEPTIONAL service?We finally got around to picking up the shoes today, 2.5 weeks later. We entered the door, and all the sales associates knew us by name!!! Can you believe that?! We left the store feeling like this was the best shopping experience we’ve ever had buying shoes.

Second pair of Red Wing’s and first pair of work boots. For context, I got my first pair at store on 4th, Gravity Pope maybe, and was not fitted properly. Todd, shout out, was awesome to deal with. Super polite and attentive to everyone when it got busy, did very good job managing four people in store, a phone call and resume drop off. Holla at Todd. So like they actually scan your feet and have you walk on top of an iPad like device to see where your pressure points are. I haven’t spent this much time getting fitted for something since my hockey skates, totally worth it. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

I went in today to purchase a pair of work boots and met Todd. I would just like to personally thank him for taking the time to take care of me. It’s great to have a guy like him tending to you, he’s a wealth of knowledge and an old school kind of guy that still believes customer comes first. I would recommend anyone needing a pair of any Red Wing boots to see this gentleman. Once again Todd, I thank you and I hope the owners are aware of how great of an asset you are to this store location and to the Red Wing brand.

Todd and company were one of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing high end anything. I bought over the phone with 20 years in the Boilermaker trade. Unfortunately the fit was not exact. After many attempts to get over from the island, Todd took it upon himself to call corporate. I currently work in kitimat and got a call that proved I was dealing with men that care. “Adam we called corporate on your behalf and they want you to be happy, come in and Todd will work with you to find the right fit. Ladies and gentlemen, I have never met a sales associate more knowledgeable and experienced than Todd. He is the reason we pay extra for quality!!!! Thank you TODD and staff for your support and dedication to getting my footwear correct. Lord knows I need them to succeed!! Hats off to you Todd and all that work at North Vancouver Red Wings.

Todd is the coolest sales associate at this store extremely professional, asks what you do for work and then narrows it down to which boot is the best for you. I know red wings are expensive but In my opinion as an industrial scaffolder and walking 15,000 steps a day these are extremely comfortable boots you will feel like walking on clouds. 5 Stars for Todd and this location love the foot technology to make sure your boot is the right fit for you

Red wings boots use to be know for their quality. But in my experience their boots are just overpriced junk. Warrantied my first pair and after a short while I had similar issues with second pair. Unfortunately RED WINGS doesn’t stand behind their quality and blaming me.Go buy Dakota or any other shoes from Marks, because they are at least half a price and lasts twice as long.

Jose was very helpful in finding boots that fit my feet correctly. In the past I’ve had problems finding steel toes that have a wide enough toe cap, but are snug around the rest of my feet. With the use of a foot scanner, and some trial and error, Jose set me up with boots that fit perfectly. I would highly recommend this location of red wing for buying steel toe boots because of their friendly and personalized service.

I love Red Wings and I love this location. The owners, a lovely young couple who’ve worked in industrial settings before shooting their shot in retail, supplying some of the the best boots available. They know what they’re talking about, are welcoming not pushy and are genuinely authentic. I love that I can pop by and get a quick layer of boot oil applied without having to leave my boots behind and they’ve had my size in stock so far every time I needed it. When you’re spending on the higher end for boots, it’s so nice to have the service that goes with it. Professional, helpful, on point.
