I did out of province car and driving licenses here. People are so friendly and supportive. After I completed all paperwork for the licensees, the nice employee voluntarily asked me if I would like to apply for health card as well. I didn’t know that I can apply there too. I applied and it was quiet fast and straightforward. Great place highly recommended.

Exceptional customer service from Pallavi and Christie. Christie was so amazing, so speedy and friendly! She helped me with a variety items and getting them to me in a timely manner. Will definitely use this location in the future!

By far the worst registry experience I’ve had in my life. Booked an appointment and called to confirm my booking. Was specifically advised to arrive 15 minutes before. Arrived on time and then was advised they had “accidentally” given a walk in my spot. Proceeded to make me wait another hour for the tester to arrive. Terrible experience from start to finish. After the test I was again so graciously asked to wait an additional 30 minutes to get the license. There are plenty of other registries in the NW, save your time and your money and go elsewhere

Exceptional customer service by Michelle. I took my elderly dad here to get his vehicle registered, the dealership misspelled his name, rather than us making an extra trip and lined up again, Michelle called the dealership and asked them to email the correct documentation. You can also tell every other clerks here have great work ethics, we will be using this Registry from now on.

I had an extraordinary experience at this location. The lady who helped me was named Amandeep Grewal and she did a great job. She was an excellent employee and did a very good job helping me. Overall a good experience.

Raciest are sitting there and if they don't want to work then why are they sitting there? my husband went there to give a knowledge test, he had the address proof on his phone he showed them and they said we can't accept that even registry at Savana they accepted it one day before. And even he showed them his address proof in his bank account app. He waited 40 mins in line.

Their system split my first name and put the second partas my middle name. They charged me $28 to fixing their system issue and mail me another driver license even it will be look the same as my current one ( received it a few weeks ago).They made a mistake in their system and I have to pay to fix it. It doesn't make any sense.

AVOID THIS REGISTRY!! On my way to an appointment, I witnessed a motorcycle examiner yelling at a customer in the parking lot, saying belittling things and throwing his hands up in the air saying “it’s done, get out here..”I sat there and witnessed the entire interaction, and could not believe how this poor gentleman was treated by the staff of this registry. Someone else videoed it thankfully as I was slow to the game. I hope it gets posted on social media.As a courtesy I called the registry to let the manager know that this is how her staff were treating people. She continually cut me off, wouldn’t let me finish my sentence until I had to abruptly ask her to stop interrupting me.Does everyone who works there lack basic manners?Obviously this conversation was a waste of time, so I tried to end it, but then she changes her story and says “it was a government employee who was covering” and the “man tried to bribe him..”Umm, nice try lady. I witnessed the entire interaction and he certainly did not bribe anyone. Maybe take accountability for your staff, and realize that it’s not okay to treat people with disrespect.I know a lot of other registries which likely treat their customers better because they actually VALUE their business.Do better!!

Best Service Registry in Northwest. I recommend all especially North West residents to go there. Front desk staff are very nice, polite and explain everything in a calm behaviour. I went there for a Road test. My examiner was Mr.Grewal. He is very good. He deduct my fair marks. At the end, He also explain my faults in a very good way. His observation inspire me a lot. I pass my road test there.
