I am a fussy person. When service is excellent, I acknowledge that and when service is lousy, I acknowledge that. Capilano Glass provided excellent service as follows: immediate greeting when I arrived; service person available almost right away; complete familiarity with my problem was evident; work suggested and the process required were clearly outlined; cost and time involved were reasonable to me. That level of service deserves full 5 star rating.Austin Raham

Great customer service. Work done ahead of schedule and to a great standard. Helped fix a broken mirrored bedside table which saved me buying a new one. Only comment would be to open til 6pm instead of 5pm. Thanks Capilano Glass!

I truly hope everyone reads this review (go to yelp for full explanation of what occurred) prior to considering the services of Capilano Glass. I have never received such poor customer service from a company than I have with Capilano Glass. I was looking to get 3 screens and a plexi-glass insert for my AC unit installed to my condo. After several friends and family telling me what a great experience they had with Capilano Glass we went ahead and contacted them.I DO NOT recommend this company. They are quick to pin their errors on customers, and take no responsibility for their mistakes. Please save yourself the time, and headache and take your business elsewhere. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Capilano Glass would have got 10 stars from our family if that was possible. The customer service is very professional, extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the industry. The price of the tempered guardrail glass came out very reasonable, cheaper than all other competitors we received a quote from. We are very satisfied working with Capilano Glass and we recommend them to all individuals, friends and family and trade as a whole.

I'm building a greenhouse and wanted custom-shaped double pane glass. I tried a couple of suppliers but found them pretty well indifferent to my project. I then called Capilano Glass and immediately found a much more pro-active response. They sent out a skilled installer to scope out the project; provided me with a very reasonable quote; then sent out the same technician to take detailed measurements. When I accepted the quote they promptly processed my order and the same technician plus an assistant came out and installed the windows, all of which fit perfectly despite the fact that some of the shapes were irregular. Kes and his team were very good to deal with - prompt at responding to some questions I had, attentive to details and friendly but businesslike. I give them 5 stars!

Two times in the past year I have had service from the staff of Capilano Glass to fix a mirrored closet door.My husband and friends tried to repair the door several times without success.A week ago Paul & Brian gave us excellent service on two doors in our house.They were professional and skilled and instantly knew what part was needed to fix the door.We appreciated their service attitude as well.It now works better than it ever has.!In the future,we will always call Capitano Glass for window & door replacement or service.Dr & Ms Glen Harrison West Vancouver

I’ve used Capilano Glass twice for screen doors and window screens. The service is professional, efficient and friendly. The products are great. I’m so happy with my new screen doors and window screens. So much better fitting than off the shelf products. Their communication is great too. Always call ahead to confirm appointments and even though my install had to be rescheduled, Ali called to explain the situation and rescheduled as soon as possible. Will recommend them to friends and family.

I requested an odd shaped cut and polished top for a built in desk. I was nervous as the job was out of town. They gave me a very reasonable pick up date that turned out even better. The piece couldn’t have fit more perfectly. They work as a team and I would say every one I dealt with was an expert.

We had 2 patio screen doors installed in April. Everything was efficient..advice, quote, install. Two months later we are still super happy with these screens and have referred Capilano Glass to our friends.
