Extremely extremely rude customer service. We invited guests and the owner embarrassed us because he was very rude to our guests. Very bad attitude. We spent over 400 in this place the food was very bad. Please avoid this place go to other Afghan restaurants. They treat people really bad especially the owner.

Eat at own risk…Ate their food a family gathering, our whole family woke up with bad stomach ache and diarrhea. I will absolutely contact the ministry contact the ministry Because it’s not the first time, we have had this experience with them before too with a smaller gatherings but this time was absolutely horrible.

Catererd for an invitation in Celebration hall, the next morning everyone was running to the washroom, this was proper sue case for unhygienic conduct, however, you are a member of Afghan community we won't do such things. This should be an alarm to step up hygiene in your kitchen. The food is nice but take care of hygiene.

reading the reviews really surprised me. i've never had any unpleasant experiences with qataghan. the kebab is always cooked properly and the taste is delicous! i 10/10 recommend this place.

This is our third order from this restaurant! The prices are amazing given the quality and quantity of the food. The kabobs are super juicy and flavourful! The owner of the restaurant is friendly, generous, as well as passionate about the service he provides. Very happy to know about this place.

Ordered takeout for a family gathering of 15 people and EVERYONE woke up with bad stomachaches and worst diarrhea they had all experienced. This was severe food poisoning and everyone is still trying to recover. We will be contacting for a health inspection to be done at this place. Will never order again

The worst customer service I have ever had. The only guy who talks English was really rude while taking the order. Then he took the order wrong. I ordered without rice and he charged me for the rice combo. When I asked him about this, he just put rice into all three of my orders. Very rude. If you speak the local language, maybe other employees are better. But otherwise, no hope. Like I said the worst customer service I ever experienced. Food was not bad, but there are many places with better food and service. So, sadly, I won't go back to this place.

Stomach problem, invited by a family and the food brought from this restaurant caused everyone and all the guests badly sick with a very painful stomach. Kids woke up crying the next day holding their stomach and everyone was running to restrooms… so please be careful and don’t try to get into our situation.

I will remove this review if you improve on the following:-Your staff has very poor hygiene. You must wear gloves and hair net.-The kitchen area does not look clean.-What you give for the price is not worth the price.-The photos you have on the walls and at the entrance door of the food do NOT coincide with the food you sell at all!!!!! Totally false advertisement.
