Amazing Customer Service!! (August 20) Upon entering this Mark’s location, I was greeted immediately by the lady working at the cashier. I then walked to the shoe department and was again greeted promptly by a very friendly gentleman. He helped me find what I was looking for, provided extensive knowledge on the warranty, deals at the time, and return policy. He was one of the most kind and helpful retail workers I have ever encountered. Every staff member I saw acknowledged my presence and made sure I was doing okay. This location is generally a bit out of my way, but I would definitely make the trip back just because of my amazing experience. Thank you!!

Amazing store! I walked in here and I was greeted promptly, reason I visited here was to order a bunch of work uniform and Loretta was super amazing and helpful in finding all my work needs following the employers specs. Would definitely recommend this store

Truly disappointed of this store. customer service 0. it's better to contact manufacturer for return policy. never ever will use this store for any shopping.

I like the store,its preety organized. Outsode had lots of parking. Extremely amazing cool sales girl Melissa who helped me to find out the right shoes for myself.Very helpful and friendly person.Excellent service by her.Lots of good options for the shopping, especially when the huge discount available on branded clothing.

Fantastic customer service! I was greeted right away and explained that I had a possible return situation - a manufacturers defect with one of my boots. The clerk called the manager (Gail) and she was able to look up my purchase in their system and offered me a straight exchange on the spot! I literally walked out in a new pair of boots as a very satisfied customer! I know that Gail went above & beyond for me and I will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Went to try and fix a problem (bought boots and had 2 rights and 2 different styles in the box).Customer Service is definitely not this locations forte. ‘You have to go to the store you bought them’, top class service…. No other options and no effort to help
