Pointless.... If you're a customer looking to fix your own products this place isn’t it they only deal with repair shops so unless you have your own repair shop business. They won’t service here. I find this pretty pretty stupid that you can’t buy parts online or in person that’s just bad business practice. If someone what's to fix their products they should have the option to get parts on the spot just like these repair shops can and not have to get ripped off by them.Just bad business.

So far so good! I was fed up with warranties from my previous supplier. They had fantastic customer service but it got to the point where one repair was 2 and always had delays with shipments. Got 2 orders in this week, next day delivery, fantastic quality, no issue and loved that there screen came with waterproofing seals!! I will be buying here from now on with no hesitation/!

Never had any trouble with them. We Order almost everyday. One stop shop for all parts including MacBook and other brands. Good quality products and most of them are at competitive prices. Their customer service is top notch. Return policy is unmatched. No hassle in shipping and packing. 99% i got the product next day. Their website is the one of the best in parts industry. I am glad they opened in Canada. It helped us in ease of doing business. Thanks

Always reliable, parts available and delivered on time.

Ordered a couple parts from them and had issues with the shell replacement for the Nintendo Switch V1. The package was mislabelled and they only have V2 shell replacements. Their response? I pay to ship it back to them for a refund. They want me to pay $18 to ship to them to get a $6 item refunded when its their mistake. I honestly do not know why I keep giving this company so many chances. I have better luck just ordering directly from Aliexpress.

Ive been doing cell phone repair for a little over 9 years. Over the past 9 years, I have dealt with hundreds of suppliers, There is not one supplier who has come close to MobileSentrix's quality, and workmanship. They are the most honest company I have worked with and honor there Lifetime Warranty on parts. I can not recommend these guys enough. I have been using MS for a few years now, and after using there parts, I have not touched any other part since. The X07 line of products are by far the best replacement parts in the entire market. I strongly encourage everyone I work with, am partnered with and other repair shops to use MS parts only. Gerald is my main contact with MS, and one of the nicest guys I have ever worked with. He goes beyond expectations to assist me with anything I need, even past business hours. Over the years Mobile Sentrix have released several new product lines, Ampsentrix Chargers, Casper Pro and the X07 line that I have yet seen any competitor in the entire industry compare to their products and technology's. I look forward to working with Gerald and the MobileSentrix team for many years to come.
