Very rude and condescending older woman. I came in to purchase a product for our cooperative salon, and an older lady with glasses tore a strip off me, she demanded my designation". I have been a salon proprietor for over 25 years and never been treated so rudely. They forced me to open an account of my own even though I had no plans to do so. I spend $$$$ on product and they didn't even try to be nice to me

Truly miss Nova Beauty's staff and customer service... the new staff was condescending and rude, no customer service skills and product knowledge by any means
