Been there 6 times because we just finished building a cottage nearby. The staff are very rude, especially if you don't speak French! We stopped going there and gave Rona the rest of our business.

horrible service. they often have sales but nothing on the shelves as if they are sold out, when in reality if you ask a clerk to check in the system they have some in the back... we like Canadian tire but the service in mont-laurier being how it is makes it awful.. my husband just got back from there to get oil. It was on special and once at the cash was at double the price. he nicely told the cashier that the price was wrong and she rudely told him take it back and go see someone over there"

poor service never buy anything online then cancel the transaction because they are incompetent and they don't know how to issue a refund on a credit card I have to wait and open a dispute with VISA because they won't refund me and I never picked up the item

Terrible terrible drove 1hr to find the store closed even thou the site said it closed at 9pm on Thursday, needed to buy a sump pump urgently...as basement was flooding. I got to the store a 7pm and it was already closed.
