Yoga with Tramaine
Tramaine has a natural energy in doing what she does from the tone of her voice to the warmth of her touch in assisting you to attain proper form and achieve a deeper stretch. I highly recommend her for a one on one session.

Yoga with Tramaine
Her voice is so soothing and calm during Restorative yoga. She gives a great workout and unfortunately incorporates all muscles, lol, in her Barre classes. Tramaine is Fun and energetic.
