For peace of mind avoid printing with this company, for your personal mental health and above all quality and sensibly basic morals and integrity which this company doesn't have.You may think you are getting a good deal with the pricing if that's a factor, you certainly will not be getting the quality expected, and the customer service is pathetic.AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

Seriously Disappointed! Stick to what you know. Ordered 2 weeks ago and just this past Monday I had to call after various of emails and calls with no return. I got a Proof on Monday. Turn around is 2-3 bus days! I am demanding a Refund as it's now past when I needed this! INSANE! Very Unprofessional

Absolutely terrible. Please, make a refund on 36976 order as soon as possible.1) Charging extra for 1-2 production days. I paid for this and this company says that they will provide a tracking number right after it’s done. Absolutely nothing. It has been since December 24th, 2022. I got NOTHING, no tracking number, no order status2) I asked for order cancellation on December 28th, 2022. Guess what? No one even responded back. 2 weeks.3) Never answered the phone. Never ever I got the answer on the number they provided. Seems not working at all4) Nothing about if my order is done or not. Used another company for making my order.«Reduce your expectations to zero» - that’s what I want to say to potential customers. I am incredibly upset.Please, again, make a cancellation eventually and do a refund.

LOOK ELSEWHERE. Was satisfied with first order which I repeated. Got a totally different product, wrong paper and poor printing. Tried to get some form of compensation as both books showed clearly they were different but they denied even though the difference was obvious. Lack of respect of clients who trusted them in the first place.

I found Canada Copy on the web. I uploaded my design and bought a print job from the options. 6 days later, i received and email that mentions I bought the single sided one, but mine was double sided. Then we talked on the phone and paid the difference. Even if the first price was discounted, they charged me full price while charging me the difference. Order date was April 20th, they corrected the order 1 week later, then the print was ready on May 9th. Even they were blaming me about the correction of the order it took 2 weeks for the print. When I called their place noone answered the phone, then I emailed them, they said Unfortunately

The last three orders were well done, great price, arrived on time so we have trusted them to do a new order. Looking forward to seeing it.

The soft covered books that we ordered of our Creative Writing publication were flawless! The books were highly affordable as well. Daryl got back to me quickly by email to respond to a question I had. The website is user friendly...I had only to plug in the specific details that they ask for, request a digital copy to approve, do any preferred editing, give my final approval and Voila...I/we [the organization I represent], received the promised order in less than two weeks from date of approval.I will definitely use them again! Had some file issues that were resolved fast, as well as the product selection issues. Fast responding time, on the point. Good printing quality, decent turnaround time, very competitive price. Definitely recommending to anybody looking for the printing services.
