The handicapped ♿️ buttons by the entrance don't work.The one on the inside was painted onto the wall so there is no way it could work.One to two months to order in the Midea A/C unit on display the salesman said.Then 50 bucks to deliver the 700 dollar portable unit.Over at a local hardware store, there were 12 in stock.Nice cool air today, not 1 to 2 months.Cheers Leon's!

The delivery came quickly, although they provided a window of when they might be coming. Having the app was great for tracking where they were and how long it would take. I also got a call when they arrived. They were very courteous and took off the shoes without even being asked and carried the pieces up the stairs to the room that I wanted. Very thankful.

Huge showroom with a great selection of everything and lots of good sales. The salesman Charlie was both friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.Now I wait for my order to arrive and be delivered.

We had purchased a sectional a month later my granddaughter purchased a coffee table a, it had a lot of scratches and dings, the wheels were broken off, the lid did not fit right the arms were a little bent, then find a place where it can be taken to be refinished, it all can be fixed . Leon's sold the table to my granddaughter for $40.00 with a sales receipt. After 3 days looking for wheels I was able to replaced them. The arms I could not find the parts to replace the bent ones so I took them to a shop and they were able to straighten them. We had to ask Leon's to come pick up the half sectional they delivered a month before. When I inquired about the other half I was told it would be another couple months before it comes in so I asked them to come pick up the other half and get a refund. I went to Leon's to get a refund they tell me I owe them $250.00 for broken table that cost me $298.00 to fix... A coffee table I did not buy. After I got tired of listening to all there excuses why I will not get the fill refund I took the refund less $250.00 and left... Oh did I mention we are old age pensioner's as well as some what handicapped. I know there are a few names for all this and so do you..... .......BUYERS BEWARE..... YOU WILL REGRET SHOPPING AT LIONS........ If you can get through all the lies and excuses They are not what they seem.....

Very disappointing service. We bought a dishwasher that was faulty straight out of the box. Leons refused to refund because the box was open, how do we find out it’s faulty without opening the box? Leons told us to contact the manufacturer. After an hour on hold Frigidaire tell us that Leon’s should have taken it back because it was less that 48 hours. Frigidaire then set up a service call, a third party agent will contact us, or so we thought. The third party agent refused the service call, no communication from Frigidaire about this. Time for me to go on hold for an hour again, Frigidaire tell me the third party tech refused the call, they are setting up another third party to come take a look. I have to follow up this time to ensure they take the call. Dishwasher is still broken and still unusable.Terrible service from Leon’s and Frigidaire. If you value service stay away from both.

The ordering process was a bit of a pain, especially trying to get it delivered rather than pick-up but once ordered I was very pleased. Their tracking system showing where their delivery truck is and when it'll be arriving is excellent. The two delivery guys were first class, got a helpful phone call checking exactly where our house is located and had our chair unloaded, unpacked and in-place in no time.

Ordered a new sofa from Leon's the end of December 2022. The sofa was not in until April 20,2023. Delivery and associated services (coating protection for sofa) were handled very efficiently. All Leon's staff that entered my home were very friendly and courteous. I love the sofa. Seems very well constructed and is very comfortable. The only reason i did not assign five stars is the long wait time to get the sofa.

Bought sectional sofa on 5th March with liquid protection and on April 15 all threading came off and material quality is very bad, call store and ask them for repair from manufacturer warranty and they sent technician and check and ask me to have patience to get material to fix my sectional sofa. Called July month and still waiting not a good service and no parts available. I don’t recommend to buy from Leon’s and if you plan to buy make sure parts availability or return and exchange policy check first then do shopping with them.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Save your money and shop somewhere else. Almost positive I was given a used couch, it is bent and worn out and causes electric shocks. They will however repair the couch at my inconvenience after having to call 20 times. No one returns your calls as promised or even cares. They advised me it didn’t electrocute their tech so it is fine even though it fried my computer camera. It is documented so if it starts a fire in my house my insurance company can go after them for the losses.This couch looked work out like this after the first week.
