For the past 6+ years I have worked with Juliana on a variety of projects. It initially started off with her doing graphics for holiday cards for our existing brand (commercial interior design firm) and then it expanded to include a full new website in 2017 and as well as a refresh of that website in 2022.When time came this past spring of 2022 to create a new brand from scratch for our new business, Crafted Gelato, we couldn't wait to start with Juliana.We feel that she excels in luxury, simple brands that help reinforce the brand. It started off with an exploratory questionnaire where we answered close to thirty questions about our new gelato company. From there she created a mood board with examples of colours, fonts, some imagery and more.We have joked with Juliana that as our past is from a commercial interior design point of view, we might not be the easiest Client. WE can't lie, we did push a bit, but we wanted the best. We knew when to let her take the reigns and when we needed to give feedback to provide the outstanding brand that we now have.Her process is great. She does not a plethora of options, but instead, a curated option honed in based on discussions, the questionnaire and mood board.From there we fine tuned until we ended up with our brand. While the project started off with the logo an brand identity first, we have already now got custom gelato cups made and are onto business cards.Thanks again Juliana, we couldn't be happier.
