Live Yoga Studio & Wellbeing Shop

I have been studing Yoga ( Iyengar) for over 20 years. I highly recommend Live Yoga studio. I drive 47km to go to this studio. Every instuctor is amazing and well educated in all postures( asanas). I always feel great and balanced after every class here.

In each class, there was thorough, professional yet friendly instruction while at the same time the instructor was able to attend to the specific needs of students both in the studio and online. Sean keeps a very close eye on what everyone in class and online are doing, making sure no-one is doing anything to hurt themselves. To top things off, he makes learning yoga fun!

I'm really enjoying my classes at Live. The instructors have been so incredibly insightful, patient, kind and knowledgeable. I feel so much better being a part of this community. Don't hesitate to reach out and try them. All levels very welcomed and encouraged. A class for every body and level of yoga pracrice.

My husband and I really enjoyed the Prenatal Yoga Partner Workshop with Tobey! It was so informative, she was very efficient and concise regarding the information she shared. It was a great way to connect on a deep level with your partner and to give us an idea as to what to expect for the birth of our first baby. Would highly recommend.

I took my first class at Live Yoga today and I cannot say enough great things! I'm truly not someone who typically slows down enough to hop into a yoga class so this was my first real time trying yoga! Sean was incredible, with amazing knowledge of his craft. Although the class was over an hour, I got in such a zone that it just flew by- and felt so rejuvenated and well-stretched after. Just what I needed for a Saturday morning. If you are a beginner or a long-time yogi, I am certain you'll really enjoy this studio. I'll most definitely be back, and can't wait for it!

Love live yoga! I actually do mat Pilates at Live. It is a very inclusive, friendly accepting community for all people and all ages. Highly recommend joining this community. Katarina is funny, knowledgeable and a great energy. I have been going for almost ten years I think. I am sure the yoga classes are great also. Sean, the owner, has amazing long term staff which says a lot about a business!

Sean's instructions were so precise i could do the poses with my eyes closed. I also doubted myself that i would be capable or strong enough to do some of the more challenging poses so it was a huge confidence builder to be able to be guided in such a way that i was successful. Thank you Sean! Also loved the om chant, that set the mood for me and it was just enough.

I’m a first time mom and I registered for mom & baby yoga as a way to get out of the house and maybe meet some other moms. My expectations have been far exceeded by Tobey and this class! It is such a warm and inviting environment and I’ve met some amazing moms and been able to grow some valuable friendships! If you’re a mom, I would HIGHLY recommend. It is mostly baby chaos and a bit of yoga and it is just so great to feel not alone in the craziness of motherhood. Thanks Tobey and thank you Live Yoga for providing a place to make such wonderful connections with other moms while having fun with our babies!

Live yoga is a studio where anyone feels welcome and part of a community, whether it’s your first time trying yoga or an experienced yogi. I love the variety of classes that they offer and every teacher brings their own set of knowledge and ideas to the class. I have been a student at Live Yoga for over 20 yrs. It is my place I go to to connect with my mind, body and spirit in a safe and welcoming atmosphere. They also have a fun store for gift giving! Highly recommend.
