King tandoori might be spreading too thin by expanding so fast. Quality control needs to be checked a bit. Let’s do a complete review.The decor of king tandoori and all king tandoori’s is poor. In this case the booth like seating is the same kind as found at the Rutherford location. Loud music played instead of a nice quieter beat. Cleanliness of king tandoor is like the rest - far below average.The food is still good. The chicken tikkas, lamb seekh kebabs were excellent. Tandoori food on general here is excellent. The rest though is not great. Butter chicken was poorly done and poor size for a large. Malai kofta needs a new recipe. Rice was overdone. Naans were fine. It was nice they give you bottled water instead of dirty glasses. The onions and carrot pickle was not good. The onions were dried out and poorly cut.The service was lack lustre unfortunately. We received different items at different times. We needed to request our items as they forgot some. Overall experience wise it just didn’t rack up the big points.Come to King Tandoori for the Tandoori sizzlers. Aside from that there is nothing.

Terrible customer service, waiters barely have any social skills and basic restaurant service skills.King Tandoori has gone downhill and not what it used to be.Food was not brought out together and the prices have increased. The sizzling appetizers were mostly covered with onions with barely any chicken. The portion sizes were shockingly small. we left the restaurant feeling unsatisfied and hungry, as the quantity of food served was nowhere near adequate for the price I paid.When I brought issues to their concern. They did not understand and said there is no manager. I don’t understand how a restaurant establishment can run with no accountability and with no management.

Really friendly staff they make sure you are taken care of. The food is delicious! I had paneer pakora which was crispy and came with chutneys. Then lamb korma which was so nice and creamy it was like a warm hug. Perfectly eaten with some garlic naan and a sweet Lassi to top. Can't wait to return!

Food was horrible . We tried soup its was too bad. We ordered Manchow before ordering they haven’t informed us they have only 1 soup that is veg soup. Then we ordered sweet lassi that too was bad looks like they have added sugar in milk. Kadai paneer was also not good. No gravy and it was fried in tomato sauce. Bad experience never gonna go again.

Slowest service I’ve ever had . Food was ok ! But wait was 45 minutes when it wasn’t busy. There was a short girl, without greeting or anything just left the order at the table and she was gone ! It this what customer service is ? Seriously It was so rude! Make sure you teach your employees what customer service is and wait time should not be busy when there are only 7 tables occupied! Hope it will be a great feedback for your improvements.

This place is amazing! We stayed at a nearby hotel to catch an early flight and came here for dinner randomly. So glad we did! Food was incredibly delicious. Vibrant seasonings with fresh spices were apparent in every dish. The restaurant is unassuming but the food speaks for itself and will make you shout with joy! Definitely start with some drumsticks, but everything we ordered was spectacular. My child says it was the best Tikka Masala ever eaten!
