This is our second home inspection with Keith, and we couldn't be more satisfied. He provided detailed information as we walked through the house, followed by an extensive written report on the house. He was able to answer all of our questions, as well as point out other issues that came up. We like the fact that he is available for further questions as long as we own the house.

Keith is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. During his inspection he pointed out tips for maintenance (unrelated to his report) along the way. Our realtor and mortgage broker both commented that his inspection report was one of the most thorough/detailed they had seen. Due to the quality of Keith's report, we were able to re-negotiate with the sellers and reduce the purchase price. We also feel very comfortable with our purchase thanks to Keith's expertise. Would highly, highly recommend!
