Drive thru Staff named Tam was very rude. Please train these kind of staffs to behave nicely to the customer. I never had such a bad experience from any other Tim hortans

Great serving and cool staff! We came here for a quick bite and our experience was excellent. Awesome food plus, the fca mistakenly charged us for an item we didn't order. But, she politely came at our table, explained what happened and refunded the difference. Thank you people. We will definitely come here again whenever visiting Niagra again!

This Tim Horrons location is absolutely terrible. About 70% of the time they cancel my order on SkipTheDishes and I always make a point to order at least an hour before they close on the app to ensure I can get my order. It’s ridiculous. Sometimes I’ll stop by the drive-through if I have time before work and the employees are so beyond rude. I’m a pretty polite person but once I went to go say thank you, but they aggressively shut the window with attitude as if I were a nuisance! I understand if you don’t like your job but drop the attitude! Christ… this place needs an attitude check.

We wanted order for Cilantro chicken slow cooked for my wife, she’s 8 months pregnant and diabetic too, the order taken was so rude and denied to take the order for what we requested. The deliverer at the window was kind enough to pay attention and understood our concern, made us wait at the parking lot, and got it delivered within four minutes.

Just visited now at 2:47 AM- April-16, totally disappointed by hearing that lady told they don't have single piece of food to eat. Just drinks only they have....how come? I was able to see some of the food they were having. But team member speak lie to us. Just close it overnight if they don't want to serve any food items to the customers. 0 rating for this location.

The staff here are amazing! We stopped on our way home last night and they were so GOOD! My kids wanted rice, and although they ran out and didn’t need to, they went in a put a fresh batch in for us! They were all smiling and super friendly!

Oh my! The Canadian maple is amazing. I loved the chocolate donut holes. The coconut cream was delicious. Some of my favorite donuts!!!

I typically don’t go through drive throughs but today was crazy, I ordered a bagel with Butter and Jam, I was told I would have to put the jam on the bagel, I receive my order and the bagel is buttered with 2 packs of jam, no knife, no napkins, so now I have to park and go into the store for these items. Thinking of the environment here, would it not make a lot less waste if the bagel came out with Jam on it, now I have to discard the packs of jam, the plastic knife, the 2nd bag they put the knife in and I lost 15 minutes of time. Tim Hortons is surely not going to miss my business, the service was terrible & the waste from Tim Hortons is over the top. Won’t be going through a Tim Hortons drive through again.
