Markham Kids Clinic
When Dr. Singh & Victoria the original administrator were there, I was satisfied with this clinic. Now it's so bad I have removed my kids from here. You will be kept waiting for at least an hour past your appointment time regularly (I have waited up to 1.5hrs with no apology even when addressed to doctor). Impossible to get a hold of them to book an appointment - voicemail box has even been full before. When they finally return your call they can't book you in for at least a week - pointless if your child has an ear infection or strep. Recommend just taking your kids to your family doctor rather than wasting your time.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS, I would. They never answer your calls, never return your voicemail messages (and I have left plenty), never respond to your emails (I have emailed and followed up with still no response). If you can find any other pediatrician office, stay far away from this one until they change their staff.

Always over an hour wait in the office to see dr Ying, she cant keep her own schedule.Staff would never call to give us a heads up to arrive later.Awful service, we had to wait outside their office with our baby in our hands due to covid measures, no chairs.

We have been seeing Dr. Ying Wang for all of our 3 year old appointment check-ups, Dr. Wang is incredibly gentle, thorough and knowledgeable with our son. Appointments have always been on time with no issues, admin staff have been pleasant and responsive to our inquiries/appointment requests.Thank you Dr. Wang and staff for your attentiveness and care with our son!!

We are very happy that we picked Markham kids clinic as our child’s paediatric clinic. The staff is very supportive and friendly. The clinic is very clean and provides a calm experience for parents and their children. Our paediatrician is very kind and patiently answers all our questions as new parents. We always leave our appointments feeling well supported and our child well cared for.

We've been going to Markham Kids Clinic since my 2.5 year old has been born. Now we have a 2 months old and we can't be happier with Dr. Ying Wang. She's extremely pleasant to be around, very patient and excellent with kids. Also, her shots seems to be very mild on kids. Once she was unavailable so they had another doctor give our daughter her vaccine. She cried frantically and bled from the shot area. So yes, we are so so happy that she's our doctor . Def recommend

We have been taking our 19th month old daughter to Markham Kids Clinic since she was a newborn. Dr. Singh and Dr. Patel are incredible doctors and its evident they genuinely care for their patients. They are patient, caring, thorough, attentive and very knowledgeable. Regardless of how minor the medical concern is (ie. common cold) they take their time to listen and provide detailed advise.The clinic administrator, Victoria, is amazing! She always figures out a way to accommodate our last minute requests for appointments.We have recommended this clinic to all our family and friends.

Dr. Singh has been my daughters pediatrician for 3 years now (he started working with her occasionally in the NICU). He has been more than amazing, patient, caring and understanding. He works diligently with his team and ensures his patient are cared for accordingly.

Administrator is the worst. Not inclined to help you. Just does the bare minimum.Doctors are good, but a clinic needs a good admin or else it can get really hard to arrange medical care for your kid.There is always an issue with getting appointments here. I have no idea why they are closed most days of the week - clearly, if getting an appointment is hard, you need to be open on more days of the week.There is always a huge wait here.If you can find a different pediatrician around, go for it.This place is no good mostly because of bad administrator and horrible wait times.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Twice we booked the checkups for our baby and the clinic was closed without any prior notice when we appeared at the door. We did not receive any calls or emails notifying us to change the time.
