I had a basement flood due to a sewer backup. ORP Gas And Plumbing was very responsive and professional. ORP Gas And Plumbing came out promptly to do an assessment, and was very responsive in answering my questions. He was also very thorough in his initial inspection - more so than all the other companies I interviewed. His crew were also great to deal with and were very hard workers - they got the job done within two days, and did an amazing clean-up job afterwards. My only small gripe is the cover for the valve was not quite where I wanted, but they've assured me they will come back as needed if I have any issues in future. And given how responsive they've been, I have no doubts they will be available to assist in future as needed.
