All West Wedding Rentals

Our daughter's wedding was June 4. We rented a cloud skirt, napkins, tablecloths, chargers and chivari chairs. All the items were in pristine condition and made for a beautiful environment. Gavin was fantastic to work with. Very calming, provided solutions, and very accomodating with our tight drop off and pick up times. The prices were reasonable and excellent value for the cost. I don't know why anyone would go somewhere else, unless All West doesn't carry what is needed. I normally don't provide 5 star ratings as there's always something to be improved upon. In this instance, there is nothing I could suggest to make the process any better.

We were referred to Terry and All West Wedding Rentals by our venue and could not have been more pleased with the level of service and professionalism we received. While at the Edmonton Bridal Show my then fiancée seen that the Chivari chairs that we had already signed a contract for were on special and slightly cheaper. When we asked if it was possible to receive this price, Terry without hesitation changed our quote despite All West already having by far the cheapest rental rate among Edmonton rental companies.To add to this, as we were unable to gain access to our venue until a few hours before our wedding reception we needed to save time and pre-steam and fold the cloth napkins. Terry was more than accommodating and provided us the napkins 5 days before at no additional cost. I would highly recommend All West Wedding Rentals given the level of service we received!
