LED World Inc

I recently installed some under stair lighting down into a family room. LED World's website is very intuitive and helps to ensure you have all the parts needed for your installation. They are very quick to answer your questions, pricing is very good and the shipping was fantastic. I highly recommend these people and will buy again.

They spent over 30 mins with me over the phone helping me trouble shoot my Hueda lighting unit. I did not even purchase it from them. They are supportive and we'll informed. Shout out to Andy.

The gentleman I spoke with on the first visit was not very friendly or helpful. It seemed like we were intruding on his property. What answers I was given were ones I already knew. The second visit I was also greeted by another not so friendly guy. When I tried to ask a question it was like I'm disturbing him from his work. I think the idea of LED lighting is fun and can be really cool. However some of the product to they sell is definitely overpriced, but since there is no other stores around you either do your research and order the same parts online for a fraction of what you would at this store or any store for that matter. I won't be back with any business

As an electrical contractor, I've been using LED world products for the last 8+ years and can say the value and quality afforded by their products is top notch. The guys are friendly and knowledgeable, and they usually have what we need in stock. Lots of different options available to suit application and budget.

Amazing products, amazing service, blazing fast shipping! My order was here in 3 business days! Couldn't have asked for a better product.I ordered 2m of the bendable aluminum led sheathing and some spare mounting brackets.Great prices for the items, $10/m of sheathing and let me tell you, its TOP quality. Durable and very bendable! I managed a tighter than 90 degree bend with no breakage on the aluminum, the sheathing however is next to impossible to bend at that tight and angle without heating it and making some minor alterations. But I dont think it was designed to be bent at that right of an angle out of the packaging to begin with.Amazing products and company. Will 100% be ordering from you again!!!

Had a couple interactions with this store (online only) in the last couple of years. I like to support local business, but I rarely come across someone who really doesn't want to take my money.Short, terse, and unhelpful would sum up my interactions.Asking for lower quantity than minimum batch on 2m track, offering local PU, but no, they dont do retail" sales

Disrespectful customer service and absolutely no appreciation for customers. Drove all the way there to find out they won't sale to me what I was looking for because apparently on their door there is a sign stating that...

I visited LED World Tuesday July 26th, 2016 to buy LED lights for a DIY Vanity Mirror project which had some pretty technical questions and requirements. After spending more than half an hour with their amazing sales staff not only did they help me get exactly what I needed (since I came in slightly misinformed about what would work), they educated and empowered me to complete my project.I was ecstatic with my visit - and i'm looking for reason to visit and include their expertise in another design.10/10, would buy again.

First time buyer -- These guys saved my bacon. I ordered a bit more than I needed and I received a call double checking if I ordered correctly. They walked me through the process and saved me money in the long run. Excellent service and I will be buying from these guys again!

where do I start? I've been looking for connectors for my son's led lights for weeks, and was overjoyed to find a store in Calgary that sold them. upon entering the store, we were met by uncomfortable silence as the associate's stared at us in the doorway. when we asked about what connectors they had, immediately, and rudely, one assoc. piped up saying that the connectors they sold were only for their light strips. his hostile tone and body language immediately put me on edge, and we rushed for the door. their cold, unhelpful, and brief attempt at customer service is exactly why we, and I hope others, will not make the mistake of visiting again.
