Horrible company who does not listen to their customers. Every time we have called we get the run around. Can not get a manager to call us back. Yes, they have good rates but, when you run into problems they do not help you.Response to owner: I appreciate your response and the opportunity to address the current situation. In order to resolve the misunderstandings that have arisen among our managers, it is crucial that you establish communication with Lou. He possesses the necessary insights to clarify any concerns that may have arisen.Please understand that the issues at hand extend beyond mere dimension disputes. We have already taken the initiative to reach out to Freightcom and provide them with the required information to aid in resolving the matter. Furthermore, your manager's request for us to capture a photograph of each packed box on the scale does not contribute to a meaningful resolution. The act of photographing boxes on a scale alone does not serve as conclusive evidence. We are growing increasingly frustrated with the situation and are in need of a constructive conversation with someone who listens to understand rather than merely respond.Your prompt attention to this matter and willingness to engage in a productive discussion would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

Amazing service that simplifies and helps make shipping my packages more efficient. My experience with my account manager Mawiz has been excellent, he is extremely patient with all the questions I have had while beginning to use the platform. He is very informative and is a great help when trying to figure out shipping strategies. He has made using the platform extremely simple and has helped me learn all the different tools and techniques that are integrated with the platform. I will definitely continue to use this service.
